What Is Hormonal Acne?

Avoid dairy, although there has been no factual evidence that dairy causes acne, many theories have been created. For example:

A-lot of the milk we consume comes from pregnant cows and this milk now contains hormones that can disrupt our hormone balance into unstable states. Milk also has growth hormones that can encourage the overgrowth of skin cells.

many people including myself can bare testimony to the fact, when going days without dairy the skin clears-up. And again there is no solid proof of this, but many theories and testaments can serve as evidence that dairy causes acne and hormonal spikes.

Fast Food

Fast food is something you definitely want to avoid. Greasy food will certainly create and increase inflammation in our body, leading to breakouts. Replace your fast food with delicious protein such as oven chicken and grilled salmon, healthy foot doesn’t have to be nasty food. If you are going to a fast food joint or a restaurant, make sure you ordered something healthy like a salad or a mouth watering grilled chicken (YUM, YUM).

If your Hormones are at an imbalance, it makes sense to look to solutions which would get the hormones back in balance.

Being close to nature is always a good sign that you are doing something helpful to your body and increasing its longevity. Many claim that drinking green tea first thing in the morning has soothed their skin and noticed results within a week, green tea is also known as stress reliever and even be part of yoga practice.

Fish

Fish is another way to balance hormones and clear up the skin. Our diets can contain a-lot of fat but how many of us get the right fats…?

Well, not many at all. Fish contains omega-3 fats which can help battle inflammation taking place in our bodies and decrease breakouts. Omega-3 fatty acids create stronger cells and structure of the skin.
