The 8 Best Biotin Rich Foods:

  1. Carrots: Carrots are great source of Biotin and another vitamin called Beta-Carotene, both of these vitamins have great beard growing properties.
  2. Almonds, Walnuts and Other Nuts: Nuts are a great, rich supply of biotin and they are also a great source of energy.
  3. Swiss Chard: This plant is a top producer of biotin. It’s also a great part of a healthy salad choice that will provide antioxidants and help balance a diet.
  4. Chicken Eggs: Eggs are another great way to incorporate biotin into your diet, they also have other major benefits such as their high protein content. However, too many eggs can result in Biotin deficiency due to an enzyme found in eggs which has the ability to bind to Biotin and inhibiting its action.
